back after having a baby

I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in Nov. & went right back to my regular body ( thank god ) but after 5 months i started to gain weight. ..now im determined to get back & get rid of these extra 20lbs !

    Good luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!! I gave birth in August and had a similar experience. I'm on my path to losing the extra weight and hopefully a little more!

    I'm building strength, burning fat, and rebuilding my core (the hardest part!). Just stick with it and be patient with your body. :)
