  • I am doing it right now! Black with one packet of truvia.
  • I know a couple of people who have done it and have had great results while on the diet. It is very restrictive and as soon as they have stopped the diet they have gained most of the weight back or more! It was very costly, too. One of my friends has kept it off because she used it as a way to lose 20 pounds quickly and…

  • I am going to have to try that with the bananas. Would it work to mix it all in the blender and then freeze it? Or is it better to just freeze the bananas first and mix it when you are ready to eat it? Sounds yummy and easy!

  • Wish I could give my plateau to you! I wouldn't wish it on anyone...it is awful! I have been gaining and losing the same 2-3 pounds for the last 6 weeks! It is so frustrating and I can't imagine anyone wanting to force it on themselves.....I say keep on losing!
  • All fast foods and chinese....I don't miss it at all!
  • Chinese food....I honestly don't think I will ever eat chinese again....I wonder if it would even taste as good as I remember...but it's not worth the calories, I have worked too hard!
  • Hello, My I go to my local pizza shop, I use the entry in the my fitness pal database that is called Your Average Pizza Place-plain cheese slice-large pie I usually have 2 slices. This is what the nutritional breakdown is for 2 slices: calories-620 Carb-68 Fat-20 Protein-24 Sodium-442 Fiber-4 If you search the database for…
  • I put them in a baking pan and cover them with mushroom gravy and fresh mushrooms. I bake at at 400 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes. You can use turkey gravy if you don't like mushrooms. I usually serve it with brown rice and a vegetable.
  • I like to use the Flat Out breads, Whole wheat English Muffins but my favorite lately is to use Thomas' mini bagels...Topped with Turkey Pepperoni even my kids love them!
  • I like to use the Newman's Own low fat sesame ginger dressing as a stir fry sauce...It is quick and convenient and has 35 calories for 2 tbs.
  • LOVE Chocolate dreams! Never saw the single serving packets though...I am going to have to look for those! The best thing is that it is all natural! And totally YUMMY!
  • I like Clean Eating, Fitness, Woman's Health and Weight Watchers magazine (even though I don't follow the weigh watcher's program). Hard to say which is my favorite...depends on the month...
  • I love the 100 calorie microwave popcorn bags. That is what I bring to the movies. Pop it at home and put it in my purse...I like the butter flavor and the kettle corn (Orville Reddenbacher and Pop Secret both make them).
  • Congrats! I know the feeling and what a good feeling it is! The last time I was measured I screamed "I have a waist"! Since my waist was an inch smaller than my hips! My waist had been bigger than my hips and chest for years! Sounds like you have done a great job!
  • I also put mine in the oven...400 degrees for about 15 minutes. I put balsamic vinegrette or italian dressing (reg. or light) on it before baking...It is one of my favorites and I have eaten the whole bunch! Love the Forman grill idea, I have never tried it but I will!
  • I have eaten 2 slices of regular pizza every Friday night since I began this weight loss journey in Sept. 2010. I work the calories into my day. It feels like a treat but I am within my calorie limits and something I look forward to. I have been able to steadily lose weight and still enjoy a Friday night dinner with my…
  • I know some of my larger busted friends actually double bra when they work out. To keep them more secure they put 2 sport bras on and they say it is much more comfortable and holds them in better.
  • If you like ice cream, I highly recommend the Smart Ones candy bar ice cream bars. They are 150 calories each. It is like a frozen snickers bar made with vanilla ice crea with caramel and peanuts on top and covered all around with chocolate. They are really yummy! You buy them in the ice cream section of the supermarket…
  • I would also like to know where you buy those? I have looked in my local supermarket but maybe I am not looking in the right section? I would really like to try them.... Thanks!
  • A favorite drink of mine is: Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Packet (25 calories) Coffee Mate Sugar-Free creamer in French Vanilla or Hazelnut (1tbs. is 15 calories). I use the powdered creamer. I heat up 12 oz. of water in the microwave and use 2 packets of the hot cocoa and 2 tbs. of the creamer. It is an 80 calorie delicious…
  • My trainer recommended the Jay Robb protien powders. They are "clean". I like the chocolate flavor the best. It is more expensive than other brands but I think it is worth the cost to have nothing artificial. Also, if you compare the nutritional info I find it to be one of the highest in protien and least in carbs. I buy…
  • Love the Skinny cow ice creams! Such a treat and I feel like I am cheating. I particularly like the carmel vanilla cone and the ice cream sandwiches...yummy!
  • I have had some of my best workouts on the treadmill while watching the Biggest Loser! When I see them working out so hard, I feel like I can't get off the treadmill and sit on the couch. So I keep going, for the whole 2 hours! I just saw that there is a new show premiering on January 17th on the A & E channel called…
  • How did you cut the dough? into 16 pieces, but what shape? a triangle, like a crescent roll? They look yummy!
  • I joined a weight loss (Biggest Loser type) 10 week program program that incorporated nutrition and exercise on Sept. 12, 2010. I weighed 187 on Sept. 12th and ended the program on Nov. 21st weighing 151.6. My weigh loss journey continues with using MFP to log everything I eat and exercising at least 60 minutes every day…
