i can build shelter, make fire, hunt, i know quite a few of the medicinal plants in the Northwestern area as well as edible plants. I can filter water with coal to make it safe to drink.....and yeah thats about it.

not sure how to help.....i know a carb diet isnt the way to go.....starches turn into sugar in the blood stream. i love all fruits and veggies and all meat except pork. maybe look up stuff online.

I am right there with you on this....Its been about 3 months for me and the scale fluctuates between 5-7 lbs. Maintaining when trying to lose sucks lol. I just keep remembering that it will come off eventually. I weigh only once or twice a week and just know that as long as i am still working out and watching my food…

i had a blood clot in my calf once. not really any pain with it...more of heat radiating from the area....maybe a bit of an ache. I wouldnt mess around with it though...it shot to my lung and almost killed me. If you feel heat (more than normal) then I would just go in to the e.r. I didnt have any swelling or redness so…

not sure of your height or bone structure...possibly your already at your ideal weight and your body doesnt want to lose anymore. or maybe your gaining muscle....

i think your topic 'spread health this halloween' kinda negates what you said. its nice to give other options to kids with diabetes or lactose intolerance. i think two bowls one of candy and one with toys is a good idea....it never occured to me to think of the kids with diabetes or allergies.

at walmart for 20 bucks they have a peddle thingy (forget what it is called) you can sit in a chair and peddle. That way you could do a short walk then peddle a few times a day....since you cant stand or sit for long this may give you the back and forth you need :) good luck!

tator tot casserole 1 lb ground beef (cooked) Mix in a casserole dish with: 1 family can of cream of chicken 2 cans french cut green beens layer with a bag of tator tots and bake until tots are golden brown and crisyp then top with chredded cheddar cheese! been a family fav for 20 years :)
