  • That seems to be my issue, too! I haven't been eating cheese as a snack but when I have a little bit on a salad or burger I seem to be ok. It's so easy to overdo it, though. At least for me.

  • In laws can be tough...my MIL and FIL are both breadholics and have it with every meal, and they still try to push it on me. It makes me cringe because they are both type II diabetic and I know they could lose weight so easily by cutting the carbs but I keep my mouth shut to keep the peace.
