I have been on a roller coaster ride also. I had lost about 20 pounds doing a fun little weight loss challenge with my co-workers and then I switched departments and gained alot of it back. Then I had a baby about 5 months ago. So it is time to get back at it. Feel free to add me. We can motivate each other!

I love your ideas that you have for your kids to join in. I think I am going to have to try this with my almost 3 year old daughter. Right now if I want to work out on the treadmill I have to either do it in the morning or late at night because she wants to get on it also. I also have just started the 30 day shred video…

That is so unfortunate that he talks and treats you that way. I would definitely get rid of him and date someone who treats you with respect. If you want to lose weight or get in shape, do it for yourself...not for him. You need to do what makes you happy.

I am pretty new to this whole fitness pal thing and all. I have lost about 5 pounds but I am trying to lose more. We have "goodies" at work all the time it seems and it is so hard to decline because it looks so good. If anyone has any ideas on how to have the will power to stay away from it, I would really appreciate it.
