How to track calories on the Body Revolution workout

Hey everyone! I know many people have done or are doing the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout. I just got the DVD's and I am going to start the first day of it this evening. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to track the exercise calories for this program. Thanks in advance!!

    Hey i just did the cardio 1 and workout 1 and in total I burned 602 cals. To be exact you're going to need a Heart rate monitor to gauge how much you will burn per workout.

    Thank you for the help. Do you have a HRM? What brand did you get? I have been looking at them but not sure what to get.

    Yes, I do have a HRM. I have a Polar FT7.. pretty easy to use. Have you started the Jillian Michaels Body rev yet?

    Yes I just started it...and I realize how out of shape I really am because of how sore I was the next couple days...haha. It has got to get easier though. Are you still doing it?
