I use a food scale, measuring cups ans a heart rate monitor to track my calories burned when working out! I never use what my fitness pal says for workouts because their always wrong!!

I was wondering about eating the calories back after the workout! I havent been because Ive been scared to. So ive been working out and only eating 1200 calories...After I workout Im usually STARVING by that time...I actually kind of new to this weight loss thing! So any advice helps!

I got a polar f4 heart rate monitor! it saves my life! my dietitian told me if i kept my heart rate above 140 for 25 minutes every other day, I'm guaranteed 3 pounds per week every week!

Im actually getting married on April 25th and going to the Bahamas for my honeymoon!!! I've been doing this diet thing for 3 weeks and I'm down 11 pounds.

Im 5'4 and right now im 220 pounds =( and to be completely honest if i got down to my target weight for my height I would look terrible. I got down to 165 and i looked about 130! so 165 is my goal weight!
