Hey guys! I started T25 on monday and Ive already lost 5 pounds! Thats including tracking everything I put into my mouth! Has anybody else tried T25 and how does it work for you guys!? Im a beginner and I cant do half of the stuff on the videos but Im trying!!

Yea i thought it was probably water weight! but any weight is a plus for me!!0

My friend and I just started and we've both lost almost 4 pounds (again probably just water weight) for us it is enough to actually keep going and we can't do half the stuff either!! GOOD LUCK0
