Am I starving?

Im a bit confused. One of my biggest problems was eating just because it was there or because I was bored. I wonder...Does my body adjust to eating less...because I havent eaten hardly anything today and Im not hungry... Most people would think thats a good thing but Im scared for my overall health...Maybe I should eat...But than again I dont want to eat if Im not hungry...any suggestions?

    You should definitely be aiming for a minimum intake every day. If you're not exercising at all, for most women that number is 1,200. If you are active at all, you need more.

    Perhaps you could look for more calorie dense foods. Nuts are a great choice.

    I havent incorporated exercise into my diet yet. Ive been eating about 1150 calories per day...But Im just not hungry as much since Ive cut my calorie intake...

    It's either psychological or you're filling yourself up with veggies and "diet" foods. Eat higher calorie foods to hit your budget and provide nutrition.
