Fixed it for ya....you have to change the IMG to lowercase in the beginning and end of each link :flowerforyou: I really like the last one but the second one is really cute too!

That's an easy answer...just follow what My Fitness Pal recommends for you. It has worked for a LOT of people and you will be able to eat a lot more food than on that ABC diet thing plus you will be able to stay healthy! Good luck and remember your weight does not define you so please be nice to yourself and your body…

Free is my favorite price! I love bagel Friday at work! If I can keep it within my calorie goal then I eat it. If I can't well...... sometimes I still eat it and sometimes I don't :laugh: .

True OP seriously though...leaving him alone means ZERO contact. NONE. Not through friends, not through email not through notes and candy. This is all you can do. Just take a deep breath and keep busy. There is more to life than a boyfriend. Call your friends, hang out with your family or even do something alone like go to the movies. The more independent you learn to be the better partner you will make IMO.
