Same here 1 day the scale says I lost 28lbs the next just 20.. either way Im happy with having to replace all my size 12-14 jeans with 6-8 !!

bought a pair for My Husband who runs 5-7 miles a day and they fell apart almost 1 month to the date of purchase . So i guess it really depends on how much you plan on doing with them
