There are plenty of healthy women and men who are living healthy lives and aren't the ideal textbook/doctor's office weight! I'm on my journey too to a "healthier" me...     I walk/run 5 days a week. I do squats (deep and not so deep) 2-3 times a week.
    Or I do elliptical on a resistance/level of 6 for a half hour and walk on the treadmill for another half.

    Believe me, I have my lumps and bumps though. It is a big ol' mound of fat mostly still.

    Looks good, and haha fur, I am lucky when my cats are not between me and my camera in half my photos there are cat body parts.

    Way to go!! own it and love it! It is you....I think that is the most difficult thing to do...we are all not the same size or shape and what is right for one person may not be the right thing for another.

    OH LORD I'm LOVING this thread!!! Honestly my BIGGEST problem or insecurity has always been my *kitten* and thighs. The German blood is strong in me. Although I know my husband loves my butt I'm still insecure when I hit the pool and NEVER wear shorts. I will post a pic once I get one as I know it's required. ;)

    But this has really made me feel much better and more confident with myself with all the positivity on here. And the video snippets (don't know the computer term) are awesome! THANK YOU for starting this one!!

    No pic right now but measurements are bust: 41, waist: 34.25, hips: 44.5, thigh: 25.25.

    That's as of last week, need to measure again soon as I think it's changed a bit. I'll put a pic up soon... my booty has been commented on all my life! :wink:
