I just tried the level 1 upper and the level 1 lower...they weren't bad at all! The routine was easy to follow and I can see how you could results if you stick to it. I am looking forward to level 2!

What type of DVD workout is it? There are ways to log everything...walking, kickboxing, yoga...etc

Try level 2 and see how you feel...if it seems too tough go back to level 1...I have weak shoulders and have resigned myself that I may never do great strong push-ups and that is okay :)

I have wondered this exact thing...I have to run to keep up with the treadmill @ 5.0 and I do mean run... the video is fast paced but I am def not running.
