Question about carbs and other foods.

Ok soooo.. I had a few questions

1- what are some examples of fast and slow carbs?
2- what are some fat burning foods?
3- if you eat fat burning foods while you have barely any/no fat, what do the foods burn?

Just trying to figure these things out to make better choices in what I eat. Thanks!

    Simple carbs are fast burning ones. This includes any that are low in fiber. Most processed carbs, white carbs, sweets, fruit.
    Slow burning ones are multigrain carbs, complex carbohydrates, those high in fiber.

    I don't pay a lot of attention to "fat burning" foods. I eat a wide variety of foods and feel this is the best way for me to eat. Fat burning foods simply aid in burning fat if it's available. We all have fat- no problem there!
