Im not a traveller but want to wish you good luck in your weight loss journey! A little tip though, plan ahead! If your days are planned, and you know what meals your having it should help to make it much easier with you travelling around! Good luck!! x

To be honest id say it takes over a stone before I start noticing any difference in myself, so don't feel disheartened! Keep up the good work and your'll soon see a good change :)
