I can relate on a lot of levels. I struggle with severe depression and food is also my comfort. You do achieve a feeling of accomplishment however when you do make healthy choices. also very frustrating i lost 6.6 lbs now i'm stuck ... trying to stay encouraged and blast this off.

Age : 26 Current Weight : 139.4 Lbs. Goal Weight : 120 Lbs. Calories : 1200 is what I should aim for, on top of exercise. I would like to lose close to 2 lbs. Per week. I find that I am stuck and not losing anything this week or last week. Frustrating.
