Have you tried intermittent fast 16 fast 8 hour feeding window. I incorporated this and I am burning fat faster then I am losing weight I lift heavy 3 times a week and the results are awesome. Maybe you should try it you wont lose any muscle HTH :)

Don't look at it as a binge just look at it as a day of normal eating. Maybe your period is coming sometimes right before mine comes i go up even though i worked out and was spot on food wise.Or retaining water from your workouts :( Its okay don't be hard on yourself your weight will fluctuate.:glasses:

Hi it sounds like to me you need to take a week off of any exercise an eat maintenance for a week as well. You need rest as well and even though you sit for hours at work that's not resting that is still working your body hence the word work. I never learned how to ride a bike always wanted to but never had a chance. The stationary bike in my gym is my favorite is it the same a riding a bike outside? I spend like two hours sometimes on it or 30 at 14 mile per hour.
