I do 30 minutes and it is usually around 291 thru 305 depending on how fast I go. That is what my machine tells me anyway....:happy:

I completely understand. It is all too familar to me. I try to exercise more, eat just a little less and drink lots. Only drink tons on Friday and maybe some on Saturday. This is such a slow process for me due to the fact of my weekend. But at least I am not gaining and may lose a half to a pound a week. Very slow but I am…

With or without sugar? I gave up my homemade ice tea with sugar. Crystal light is my replacement. 0 calories. I can drink a quart no problem. Try it, you might like it, they even have appletini (nice with liquor), lemonade, all types of flavors.

Thanks for the good info. Interestingly enough I already lack Vitamin B and have even received B-12 shots and now take B Complex every day. Had a very stressful week and was unable to exercise and was thinking I was burning calories stressing. My theory was wrong. Hmmm... :ohwell:

That is funny about the new born elephant. My legs always shake when I get off. I just worked myself up to 60 minutes. Its tough.
