Just restarted my fitness plan yesterday, after finishing many months on a medication I had to take with very large amounts of fat. 30, 5'7" SW: 139.3 CW: 136.9 (one day's worth of fluctuation) GW: 127 I'm really trying to focus on developing better habits and learning to maintain them. I could use friends! :smile:

My main deal-breakers are smoking, children, and simply not being single. At the age of 29 in a small town, this probably means I'll be single forever LOL!

I know October is already half through, but I just re-started my fitness journey October 11th! High Weight: 155 lbs Current Weight 140 lbs Ultimate Goal Weight: 120 lbs I'm intending to lose pretty slowly but consistently!

The medication I'm on is lipophilic - essentially highly fat soluble. Studies have shown that when taken without the fat, less than half of the medication gets absorbed. There is a version of the same medication that requires a lot less fat, but after trying that for three months, my doctor determined it wasn't effective…

Thank you all so, so much for your help and suggestions! I really appreciate it and these have really helped me start meal planning. I honestly got a little mentally overwhelmed initially, but this has made it all seem more approachable.
