Thanks everyone! I wish I could do my workouts barefoot! I hate wearing sneakers, but I just don't feel like I get enough traction when I go barefoot! Thanks again for the suggestions!!

Thank you! i'm certain it was noticed, even if nobody said anything! I know how you feel though! I think people are just reluctant to say anything unless they really know for sure you are trying to lose weight..at least that's what I tell myself anyway when someone doesn't mention my weight loss, lol! Your doing great, keep it up! :)

congrats on your accomplishment! I can totally relate...last year I had friends go on rides with my daughter because I was too scared I wouldn't fit and how embarrassed I would be! Now I'm so looking forward to going to an amusement park with her so I can go on the rides with her!! :)

love it! its a tough work out, but its only for around 25 minutes...and definitely been seeing some good results from using it! It's a great workout to do when you don't have alot of time!

yes, lol... that's why I love this site...you kind of feel annoying after awhile talking about weight loss with your everyday friends and family, but I can ramble on and on about my weight here, and nobody cares...because that is what everyone on the site is talking about!

I weigh every day, and always log it if I see a loss! I just don't log when it fluctuates up that day :)
