I love skinny white boy calves, lol. Speaking of, one of my white friends was laughing at me because my legs are whiter than his, and I'm Latino.

Lean in too close with random strangers on an elevator. Sniff them audibly. Then make an O face.

A buffet. Lmao, and new clothes.

A couple... but the one I'm really crushing on I can't act on because he's already partnered. SOML.

A chaise lounge. <3

Both, but considering I'm gay, as are most of the men I know, it just seems like part of the culture. :P

Agreeing with most people here. As a therapist myself, and as someone who has also struggled with emotional eating, you have no right or place to tell me what constitutes emotional eating for me or anyone else. I'm going to tout my 6 years of training in psychology and mental health at a top university here. What are YOUR…

Some places (though usually the more Westernized ones) will allow you to substitute tortillas with lettuce leaves. Fresh salsa (I'd recommend pico de gallo) is always a healthy-but-flavorful "condiment." Try to avoid the cheese, or at least dust about half of it off. And try to avoid the sour cream, too.

I prefer cool water but I try to force myself to drink it colder because the colder it is, the more calories your body burns by bringing its temperature down!

If you're going to be mean and insult someone's intelligence, you might want to use the right word. *you're

Macarons are always good. The last time I went to New York I made a point of going to Laduree for a small box of about 13 or so. Well worth the $40+ I paid for them, haha, but I'm also dying to make them on my own! I will definitely have to give these a shot! :D

Yes, though I would probably walk it, if my goal was to be healthy. If my goal was to somehow place ahead in the race, and needlessly boost my ego, then no. I would do something else that made me feel superior. But my ego is healthy and I don't need to do that, lol.

As a male feminist, I completely agree with this. As a gay man, one of the guys always pays, lol.

I don't think there's anything wrong with kids seeing women scantily-clad, per se, but the fact that the business is actually centered on the objectification of women is concerning and I wouldn't want my children seeing that. I mean, I wouldn't want my daughter to learn so bluntly, and at an early age, that her body is a…

I'm a huge fan of a simple baby spinach salad, tossed very lightly with some low-cal or low-fat EVOO, and some walnuts and cranberries thrown in... along with crumbled goat cheese. It sounds fattening but it's really not. Spinach is super low-cal and a tiny bit of goat cheese goes a long way, as does EVOO.

Welcome! :D

As a psychotherapist and social worker, I can tell you that you are modeling appropriate behavior for your daughter by being open and honest about who you are, and accepting yourself with love and respect. You can tell your sister that you heard from a social worker that in no way is being in a relationship with another…

10 -- Hopefully I'll be more appealing to other men. 9 -- My family will finally shut up about my weight. 8 -- To reverse my fatty liver. 7 -- To prevent health complications later in life. 6 -- To look better in the old clothes that are sitting in my closet. 5 -- To look good in pretty much anything from H&M. 4 -- To be a…

Yeah, I saw that! I'll have to give it a shot when I've lost a little more and can add more sugar to my diet. Thanks for the tip!

As a few people have stated, it's a tough call. Yes, your friends should be supportive of you and be celebratory towards your success. But if they don't act the way you expect, you should definitely communicate with them about it. Anyone can sit and ponder the "what ifs" about life but those that find the most satisfaction…

I'm biased because I LOVE soggy cereal. Much like a child, nothing delights me about cereal more than having spoonfuls of sugary mush followed by super sugary milk. Mmmm. Thus, I tend to pour the cereal in first, and THEN the milk. Then I let it sit for a few minutes. :D

When I was 20, the man I loved (and was engaged to) moved from North Carolina to be with me, here in Los Angeles. He was 19. And he turned out to be a cheating, sex-driven idiot. But I think one of the real problems was simply moving too quickly, as we moved in together right away. Anyway, all in all I should probably say…

Anyone may feel free to add me for some mutual support. :) 1. Where were you born? Los Angeles, CA 2. Where do you live at the moment? Los Angeles, CA 3. Where else have you lived? San Diego, CA 4. What is your current occupation? What is your dream occupation? Currently I'm a Mental Health Therapist/Counselor. Ideally,…
