I normally will add a little bit of lemon juice to my 24 oz jug of water. I have three of these jugs & I pre-fill them the night before so that they are ready for me to grab & take to work. I take my water bottle with me everywhere I go & make sure to be drinking on it, when the first one is empty I move onto the next one…

I use an app on my cell phone called Accupedo & I really like it. I make sure to always have my cell phone in my pocket all the time. Before putting this app on my cell phone I had tried one from Walmart & it wasn't accurate.

I have been debating for a very long time if I should buy Turbo Fire. Both my sister's have done this & the advanced one & have lost a lot of weight, along with toning up. I'm not all that coordinated on when it comes to moves. I would love to be part of the support group too.
