I do! Zumba for the WII was my only workout for the 1st month of my journey! I love it! I have incorporated more workouts since then, but still get Zumba in @ least twice a week!

I have always been chunky and always been "OK." I have never had any health problems so I never really stressed on my weight. I got pregnant in 2003 and from their on my weight just kept going up. Don't starve!! Just stay focused on healthy foods the fill you up, but still keep you under your calorie goal. Exercise regularly and you will see results. I feel like I'm eating more now that I used to eat and I'm losing weight. I just don't eat "junk food" nymore or at least not as often. I also gave up soda. Good luck!…

I do The Firm Total Body Fitness (25-35 min) and Zumba for the Wii(20 min each routine and goes up to 60min). Just ordered 30 day shred! Super excited!

I use the Total Body Makeover. I have been doing it for about a month and I love it! I have do the Total Time Crunch about twice a week and the Sculpt-ilates about once a week.

I don't know much on diabetes either =( but I agree with Zumba! I have been doing Zumba on the WII for the past couple of months and I love it! I chose the wII because of my schedule, but I've heard lots about the classes! U should really try it. Healthy wishes to you!
