Here's the thing: If you really want a tattoo, you don't give a **** what other people think. You get it for you. If someone doesn't like it, it's not on them so don't worry about it.

Usually between $120 - $175 to get my hair bleached, colored, cut, and a tip. However my hair is shoulder length and hot pink so I'm happy to pay that for what I want.
