Thanks, bostrowski1! I just opened my diary to my friends. My calories are usually between 1100-1350, and I am only getting sugars from the foods I eat so it is really low. When I pull my macro percentages, they are all pretty close to hitting my numbers. So I'm kind of baffled as to why I am not dropping weight.

I'm blaming it on the weather!! lol For some reason I can't say no to the chips and salsa and larger than normal amounts of carbs lately. I need to get my butt in gear and move away from all the comfort food!

You look awesome! You look like you have lost more than 37 lbs!

5'2 currently at 123, size 2-4. Goal weight is 110, size 0-2. I would also be fine staying at the weight I am and just cut my body fat down

Thanks! That's a great workout routine. I will have to change out some of my normal stuff and incorporate some of yours for a change-up. :) Good luck with your knee! I hate injuries.

^^^ THIS!! It sounds like you have a great attitude about all this. I know I look heavier than I am because of having bigger thighs and hips. I am fine with that, but really really need to tone up and change that jiggle to muscle! What type of exercises and lifts do you do? You look amazing!

Runny eggs, cantaloupe, venison (the smell alone makes me ill), greek yogurt (I've tried really really hard to like it :frown: ) and the gristle/fat on meats.... Like someone else said, one bite of that and I'm done. I wish I hated cheese, pasta and breads like some of you! I probably wouldn't be trying to lose weight haha…

I'm the same way. If I can just get myself to the gym or on my bike, whatever... I feel so much better! And I know this, but it's still really hard lots of days to get my butt in gear and do it.

This is so true and completely how I am! Over the last 4 years (and before joining MFP) I lost around 40 lbs. So anytime I run into people I haven't seen for a little while they always comment on how small I am or how good I look. It feels really good to hear those compliments, but in my head I'm still that person I was…

I would love any of you reading this to add me! I'm always looking for more supportive friends! Everything is easier when you have someone to talk to. :)

Wow! That is awesome! I have had this DVD for over a year now and have never made it through all the way. It's very inspirational to read posts with people that have had results like this. I'm planning on taking all my measurements tonight and starting the shred again. Hopefully I can stay motivated this time! :)

Apparently there are a lot of us out there that are in this same boat! :) I'm 5'2 and stuck in the 124-128 range. I would really like to be around 110 and toned, but I too have a hard time fitting in exercise. I'm a single mom of 2 and work full time. I would love to have a buddy through all this! Feel free to add me if…
