I eat like 4-5 servings of fruit a day and even more when I work out. Fruit is a great source of energy and fiber. Don't let people tell you otherwise.

I had my son via c section and I was able to get back into shape. I'm actually in better shape now than before I got preggers. I first noticed the belly bulge going away after walking a lot and then I added strength training. I think walking is one of the best exercises to get a flat belly.

You can write your own rules and follow a close paleo lifestyle without many restrictions. I'm gluten intolerant, so for me eliminating grains was a blessing, however; I cannot imagine myself without dairy products. I just thrive on them. So I consider myself paleo like but I write my own rules.

The problem with low carb AND working out is that the body requires the carbs to replace the glycogen stores in your muscles.
