I didn't eat very well this weekend, which showed on the scale. I'm going to give myself a couple of days to even out from the salty food and then weight again. Yesterday I stocked up on healthy food for the week. I've been stretching every day and am proud of my consistency because if I don't keep my back in good shape I…

I love Netflix! Currently working my way through Hannibal and Better Call Saul.

I would never think to put sriracha on sweet potatoes - will have to try it out! This thread is awesome! Book marked. I'm excited to go home to my avocado tonight! I mostly just use them plain or in salads. My world has just been expanded ;)

I was put on it recently for anxiety and it was good for the first week or so, but then the insatiable hunger kicked in as well it drastically reduced my libido, so I was switched to Wellbutrin. The first week was a little rough but now I'm feeling awesome (week 2) - happier, less anxious, more energy and motivation and…

Thanks for sharing! I will check it out later when I'm at home!

My first week was good, I feel like I spent it gearing up - lots of stretching and yoga to work out my sore muscles, dragged the weights out and got an arm workout in, and today the barbell I ordered arrived. I need to wait until i can get a ride home with it haha and I really hope the weights I already have fit on it. it…

I'm still here! I haven't taken my measurement yet though but will do that tonight. I'm down one pound from last week. My biggest accomplishment was doing several lengthy stretching/yoga sessions which has made my body feel way better (I was having a lot of back pain) and I dug my weights out of the back of the closet and…

Amazing! Good for you!

Me too! It makes a huge difference. Whenever I slack off I get all sorts of back and neck issues.

Can you share the link?

To drop a dress size and fit back into my two favourite dresses! And tone my arms so I look good in tank tops once it gets hot! And get back into running and yoga regularly.

Hi all, I'm Adrienne. I Live in Vancouver, BC Canada. I'm 35 and have about 20 pounds or so to lose. I almost made it to my goal a couple of years ago when I was running regularly but I hurt my back quite badly and had to take a long while off. Hoping to get back to it this spring, starting from scratch again! My goal for…

I have a bag of hemp hearts and chia seeds to throw on the yogurt I bring to eat in the morning. I also have trail mix, green tea, fruit cups and sometimes granola bars. I also keep a bag of Werther's for a low calorie sweet fix when I have my afternoon sugar craving. It is only 18 calories for one and I find it pretty…

There are actually a lot of people on there who are serious about finding a relationship, you just have to be smart about weeding out the ones who aren't. I met my boyfriend there, and he's a total sweetheart. We are planning to move in together in a few months.

I packed a healthy lunch (salad) and when I went to buy breakfast at the cafeteria I skipped my usual muffin or bagel and got fruit and yogurt instead. And it was delicious!

I don't think so. I drink it daily and have a raging appetite.

My admin assistant and I just closed our office door and did a series of stretches (which we do regularly) but today I added in 10 tricep dips, 12 squats and 20 calf raises. Not a lot but it's something! I'm going for a walk at lunch too!

I just sent you a friend request!

I sent you a request :) I need to get some more friends as well who are actively using, commenting etc.

I think the trick is to add them just before you drink it so they don't puff up. I don't notice them in my smoothies at all this way. I also mix them into yogurt or add them to salad dressing right before I use it.

I like baby bok choy. I add it to soups and stir fry's, or I just steam it and have it either with butter and pepper or soy sauce. Yum.

Today I packed a healthy breakfast, lunch and snack for work as well! (Greek yogurt with fruit and chia seeds, salad and an orange).

My boyfriend and I are planning to move in together soon and I already told him he needs to lock his treats away somewhere and if I really really need a treat he can only give me like two cookies.

I went back to drinking my mint green tea in the morning instead of black tea with milk and sugar. And I got back to logging after slacking for a while.

I'm in! Feb 1st: Distance walked: 10.46km Steps taken: 14,605 Active minutes: 99 (I'm using a Fitbit to track. Active minutes are when you are moving at a certain pace or above for a minimum of ten minutes).

I did their learn to run program a few years ago (in Vancouver, BC). I had never run before. I loved it. They do a little class before they run to teach you about things like form and different types of running shoes, nutrition etc, and then you do a group run. I find having a group to run with made it easier to motivate…

I am loving my Fitbit. Linked with MFP I have all my data in one place, and can compete with friends. I have found it quite motivating.

I just had plain greek yogurt with chia seeds, hemp hearts and frozen mixed fruit (berries and peaches) that I mixed in about an hour before eating (I take breakfast to work and eat there). Delicious and super healthy!

A banana or other piece of fruit would be a good option.
