I think having something warm in your tummy could. Not sure about the peppermint.0

I doubt it. A cup of tea takes awhile to drink, so there's that.
I have hot tea a couple times a day. It's a nice pick me up in the afternoon.0 -
Not in my experience and I have a large cup every morning, works great for my ibs though.0

It satisfies my taste buds but I don't know it's an appetite suppressant. Why don't you try it and see if it helps you in any way?0

Peppermint tea makes me pee a little more compared to other teas, but I haven't noticed an appetite suppressing effect any different than drinking the same volume of another hot beverage.0

I don't think so. I drink it daily and have a raging appetite.0

Peppermint tea is excellent for settling the stomach, to the extent that they'll give it to you in hospitals. I find if I have a peppermint tea after a main meal the slightly sweet taste may make me not want a dessert. But i think it's just a psychological effect of the sweet taste ending my meal, rather than an actual appetite suppressant0
