  • Since you've done both, would you say that TF has "enough" weight lifting in it? I like Chaleans' workouts but felt like Extreme wasn't "fast" enough for me (I did Insanity 1st, and craved that pace, and CE just doesn't have (for obvious reasons). Thanks for your input
  • I've been grabbing an apple and one of those 100 calorie packs of almond/walnuts. Keeps me pretty satisfied. Or cut up veggies and hummus.

My husband has done P90X, and he likes it, but personally after doing the intensity of Insanity, I can't imagine enjoying p90X.   • Thanks guys! Appreciate the input. I truly am on my feet moving around (walking) almost non stop from about 9-11:30/12. Not getting winded/working out type of walking, but on my feet nonetheless. and also in the afternoons. Hence not being sure what to put. Thank you again
  • Hi Thanks! Currently its set to 1 lb per week. I didn't think sedentary was fitting. I truly am on my feet moving around all morning and then again from 3:30 on.
