You look AMAZING! I'm just starting again today and so needed to see this. Way to go. :)

First of all, you look great! Secondly, we seem very similar in our beginning stats (weight/height). How did you do it?

Trader Joe's NF vanilla greek yogurt, fresh blackberries, sliced almonds and a couple dark chocolate chips. My favorite meal of the day!

THIS is awesome info. Thank you!

Thanks for this post. It is really encouraging because currently I am about 10 lbs heavier than I was last year, but I am fitting better in the same clothes. I am learning to trust pics and clothes and toss the scale. That way, I can just keep going and not get thrown off by a silly number. You look great! Congratulations…

1. Didn't make it to the gym except last night, but still lost .6 lbs. 2. Made new strides in my sprinting workout last night. Fastest time, longest workout and not dying of soreness today. 3. Starting to feel like this is my lifestyle.. I want to be healthy, fit and strong. YAY!

Check out www.thredup.com. They send you a large envelope, you send in your clothes and they send you an email with how much they will buy from you. The balance they donate to charity. I send just one bag and got $28. You can either use that money for credit to shop for smaller sizes or use your PayPal account to get the…

Oatmeal and peas. So weird!

Don't forget the triple ginger cookies and their Sweet and Savory Trail Mix!

My loss has been slow too! Looks like we are starting from a similar place. Feel free to add me and we can encourage each other. :)

I'm so sorry for the loss of your dad. Take care of yourself.

Just finished W3D3 today. I worked out pretty hard last night and struggled a bit today. I think I am going to do what I saw someone else do and extend W3 to a D4 before I move on. I really want to do this!

Great job! I am on W3D3 tomorrow. I'm surprising myself, but actually am enjoying it. I'm a little nervous to move from here though. I've always wanted to be a runner, but didn't think I could do it. I've decided I will just repeat any weeks that I struggle with.

GREAT job!!!

Wow great job! You are very inspirational to me - our stories are very much alike! I am still in the 200's so I am far off where you are, but your story really inspired me to keep going. You look great! Way to go!

Thanks nkrueger1. I just added you as a friend. Looks like we have some things in common (need to update my profile) like faith, doggies and family. :) Congrats on your 31 lbs so far. Your water comment convicted me. :) I have not been as faithful in that aspect and know I need to get better at that. Have a GREAT day!…

Perfect. I have a lot of weight to lose and just didn't want to do anything to jeopardize my progress. I was stalled for many weeks, but recently upped my calories to 1700 a day. I stepped on the scale to a 2.4 lb loss today so I'm excited. Thanks for your input!
