Serving Size 1 Cup (8 oz)
Calories: 47........Carbs: 10.........Fat: 0.........Fiber: 0
.........Protein: 1..........Sugar: 9..........Sodium:1
PREP: Cut Watermelon into chunks and freeze overnight in zip lock baggie
Ingredients (Makes 3 servings)
2 Cups Crystal Light Lemonade
2 Cups (250 grams) Frozen Watermelon
4 tbsp (12 grams) Sugar - Optional, but does make it better
Directions: Combine Ingredients in blender. Slowly add Watermelon until desired consistency.

BTW...Just adding in this tid bit from a friend. This would probably taste pretty good with some vodka added, if you wanted a low(er) calorie alcoholic beverage. :laugh:0
