  • You are losing weight and at a great and still healthy pace! Anymore than that could be unhealthy and extremely restrictive. You should be netting at least 1200 calories a day!
  • How do you know you are eating more calories than if you hadn't counted if you are not counting them? The thing is with counting calories, you can eat a bunch of foods that are low in calories, which may make it seem like you are eating more, but since they are low calorie, you really are not. While on the other hand, you…
  • I looked into it and to my surprise there is actually a ton of these meetings in my area! I really did not expect there to be anything within 4 hours, since where I live usually lacks in health things like this! There is a whole bunch of meetings and I will be going this week to one! Thank you!
  • Oooh, I never even knew that there was such a thing! I'll look into this!
  • I'm studying to become a licensed clinical social worker, hoping to get into counseling/therapy one day :) But I need to fix myself and my eating habits first haha I want to work in a clinical setting.
  • After going to the gym myself, I can say that no one cares or looks at other people and thinks anything about them :) I weighed 270 lbs and was running around at the gym and doing weights, and I cannot say anyone ever stared at me. I saw people bigger than me doing the same and I cannot say I ever paid attention to them…
  • "impending period" is your answer. :) Its normal to bloat and gain temporary weight while on your period. :)
  • Three weeks and you are going to quit? Seriously? I didn't lose crap for 4 months of trying and I kept at it! Finally the weight loss picked up and it picked up fast and I have been losing since then! I don't see that you have real motivation if you are looking to quit after 3 weeks of trying to be honest. I'm not trying…
  • But you were worried you undid ALL your progress because of that one pound gain? ._. Have you only lost one pound?
  • I literally had to ban regular coke and takis (spicy and lemony chips) . As soon as I start eating or drinking them, I lose all control and it always starts a negative cycle with me. Everything else I can control for some reason, like fast food, other junk food etc. it's just cokes and takis that I had to eliminate!
  • I'm usually like "oops ._.", then log it and start good again the next day ;)

  • If I'm 100% honest, I do not see much of a difference :/ But what counts it that you ARE losing weight and on the road to a better life! Some people just struggle to show results faster that others, but you will get there! :)
  • I 100% agree that weight loss isn't linear from personal experience. Like you, I have lost weight on and off for a few years now, almost every time I would drop pounds extremely fast and was consistent with the weight loss. In January of this past year I had started dieting and exercising again and had lost 2 pounds in 2…
  • It doesn't matter what time you eat, I eat popcorn all the time at 10-11PM, dinner at 9PM. Breakfast at 12PM, fast food etc. Recently I've lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks eating at 1500 calories at a sedentary level, and over 50 lbs in the long run from past dieting. Losing weight is a matter of calories in vs calories out.
  • I'm not quite sure why I would get thrush though, can it just happen randomly? My mom got it because she was on corticosteroids for something, but I'm not on any meds or anything. The only thing I do get is depo provera shot for birth control, but I've been getting that for years! I just had a period as normal recently so…
  • I just tried rinsing my mouth out with a nystatin medicine that my mom was prescribed for her oral thrush! I will update if I feel any better today and tomorrow with it :)
  • My mom actually has this medicine right now because she had thrush a few months ago from taking antibiotics for a knee infection, but I think it may be expired already because it was a liquid one.
  • I went and looked at my tongue in the mirror and it has a yellow coating on basically the whole thing, it's not super yellow but it looks like the pictures of oral thrush where the tongue is yellow....I may just go back to the doctor tomorrow! A different one tho cuz the one I had was very rude and snobby
  • I wonder if it's possible to have all that if I don't have those white lesions though, it seems like those white lesions are the cause of most symptoms.
  • I had read about Sjogrens but I didn't think it fit it enough, but oral thrush! I basically have every thing except the white stuff! Everything else I have! Even the itchiness! I hadn't seen that one but it fits everything I have pretty perfectly, I wonder how come it never popped up in my searches.
  • 1200 may not seem restrictive, but your body is telling you otherwise. Listen to your body and try upping your calories for a week or two and see how you feel then.
  • Herbalife has a huge lawsuit pending on them by the FDA for their "fraudulent and deceptive" products! It's been on the news lately :/
  • Somewhere between 1-3AM lol I actually have plenty of time...But I'm a night owl in the summer :)
  • If you know you are going to eat after dinner, work around it and make extra calories in your day so that way you can afford those calories in after dinner!
  • I didn't wanna be the one to say it...lol x.x
  • No worries, overeating will cause the scale to temporarily make it look like you have gained weight, but I promise you, unless you ate over 5,000 calories, your weight will return to normal once all that sodium is flushed outta your system!
  • I love everything on this list!~ <3 Feel free to add me! :D About myself on those topics: Gaming: I play fighting games at the competitive level, those games include Street Fighter 5, KOF, and Tekken 6-7 etc. I'm not a pro or anything, but we do travel around the country for fighting game tournaments (and I may add, they…
  • Wear pants above your waist! Sounds cheesy, I always thought it was forever too, but the difference is amazing! Once you lose your weight, it will go away on its own :)
  • It's kind of been backwards for me honestly. I've always loved my body and I think because of that I really let myself get outta hand. This is the first time I've ever had low self esteem about my body, but I think I almost needed it to kick me into reality that this is not the type of person I want to be!
