  • As pre-workout, I have a cup of black coffee and a hard-boiled egg. I don't know much about the C4.
  • A snack within 30 minutes of finishing. -One hard boiled egg and a handful of almonds. And dinner within 2 hours. - Mostly protein and fat. Lots of veggies.
  • Yeah, I agree with the above commenter. Really matters your activity, desires, and budget. I don't have a fitness tracker, but some of my running friends have the vivosmart HR and man! Is that an awesome toy! They are really impressive. I encourage you to get into a store, put one on your wrist, and play around with it.
