    I just got a New Year's Eve 2021 Challenge group up and running.

    I'm setting up monthly weigh ins, weekly challenges, and some virtual events

    Starting out with trying to balance my nutrition. I’ve been vigilant logging foods. Have been doing easy work outs, squats, push ups and abs with increasing sets. Working towards building muscle and loosing the spare tire around my mid section.
    One day at a time.

    Thanks for the invite. I’m in the middle of a move and still working full time. Not quite ready to be challenged lol. Soon.
