I'd really like to switch to black coffee too (right now I'm using 1/2 tbsp of double-double creamer). But the only option I have for making coffee at work is with a Keurig. Any suggestions for a brand of coffee for that??

Age: 43 Height: 5'10" HW: 297 CW: 278 GW: 180 (may change as I get closer to it!) I really need an accountability buddy - someone who's not afraid to tell me to smarten the f*** up after a day like yesterday (no exercise, 5 (yes, 5) muffins for one meal, and ending up eating nearly 2 1/2 times my daily calories) :s :'( :(

ditto to the above posters! also check out the messages boards, and join a group or challenge to connect with others and keep you motivated.

I decorated a large birthday cake last night, and had 6 bowls of icing in my house for 2 days, AND DIDN'T HAVE EVEN 1 LICK!!!!!!!

Hi! I only have a daughter home now, but she's into volleyball, basketball, ball hockey and softball. I think that's it! Thankfully, we don't have to do the early morning bit, but we live 20mins away from the school (where all her practices take place), so 4 weekdays out of 5 my 'non-workday' revolves around her, plus most…

7 kids? You are my hero! I have two, and they're enough to drive me nuts at times lol I've been struggling again lately. Seems like I'll get down to just above 250, then I'll go up again really fast. That's been happening for months now. I tend to be an 'all or nothing' type of person. But I'm trying right now to just…

Failed miserably at my goals for yesterday, but today's are: 1) drink 8 glasses of water 2) NOT go overboard when we have pizza and cake for my daughter's birthday supper tonight 3) get all the furniture back into the bedroom we just finished painting so my house can get back to some kind of order!

Cindy here! I work full time and have a 14 yr old who keeps me busy running around for sports practices and tournaments. I also have a 19 yr old son but he's moved out and going to school away from home. I'm NOT a morning person, especially during the cold dark winter and no matter how hard I try, I can't drag my sorry…

Tonight we're having breakfast for supper  Hash browns, beans, over-easy eggs, turkey bacon & toast. Can't wait!!

2.5 hrs spent rearranging/cleaning house for Christmas decorating. Why do pianos and treadmills have to be so freaking heavy!!!
-
You can add me if you like! I'm currently at 253 but have no idea of what my eventual goal weight will be - I haven't been below 200 in so long that I can't remember what 150 - 180 would even look like on me

me please!

Pet peeves: - co-workers who KNOW you're watching what you eat, then suddenly start bringing in all kinds of sinfully delicious, calorie-loaded goodies, repeatedly offer them to you, get offended when you don't eat the damn things, and have a hissy fit for the rest of the day/week. - clicking on links to pics of someone…

we're having our traditional Newfoundland 'cooked dinner': turkey dressing salt meat cabbage turnip carrot potato pastry cranberry sauce gravy and most importantly, wine!! but for New Year's Day I get my leg of lamb - it's the only day in the entire year that I crave lamb - can't wait!!!

Hi there! I totally get where you're coming from. I haven't gotten the 'self-control' part down pat yet and it gets incredibly frustrating. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like to chat and help support each other

looking for friends similar to me!! I'm 43, mom to 2 kids (19 & 14), unsupportive significant other, desk job, 5' 10", currently somewhere around 260 (not weighing in until Monday  ) This isn't my first attempt at losing, but hopefully it will be my last!!

These are soooo good! I usually cube the spuds before boiling, use less oil, and sometimes add crumbled bacon. I've even done these in the Actifry without boiling the spuds first. Yummy!! INGREDIENTS: 4 red potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1…
