Notes: I decided to weigh in today because I'm going to be having some sodium-rich chinese food later tonight (lol) and figure my weight tomorrow will be due to bloating. Also would like to note that my week 1 weight is most likely due to bloating from some sodium rich Japanese Hibachi the day before.
I played a lot of tennis this week and went to the gym occasionally, hope to keep it up next week.7 -
