    I'm in! The weight for October I've entered maybe slightly inaccurate due to the fact that I've already eaten and I wore clothes while weighing myself. :)

    I can't believe it's October already. Where has this year gone?

    I posted yesterday in the September thread, but Sunday is my usual check-in day so I'll get the month off to a good start! I realized that I've never really posted any goals here. I don't usually lose all 5 lbs during the month but I like the accountability. That's OK, it's a marathon, not a sprint, right?

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
    180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

    Average from September 10th to October 1st: 210.2

    Loss for October:

    MFP Loss: 22.8 lbs.

    Total cumulative loss: 32.8 lbs.

    Move more, eat less.
