Notes: I decided to weigh in today because I'm going to be having some sodium-rich chinese food later tonight (lol) and figure my weight tomorrow will be due to bloating. Also would like to note that my week 1 weight is most likely due to bloating from some sodium rich Japanese Hibachi the day before.
I played a lot of tennis this week and went to the gym occasionally, hope to keep it up next week.7 -

Alright, so I royally F'ed up yesterday......or lets say my scale did. My biggest fear yesterday became reality.....I was worried that I would get on the scale today and realize it wasn't real. That that massive loss would be a false read or that it was all just a dream or in my imagination. Turns out....I did NOT have a whoosh. I got on the scale this morning and nothing happened. It was completely out of battery. I instantly thought oh no.......that's why. I changed the battery, got on again, and sure enough......it was back up. WELL, back up, I did still lose 2.3 LBS. Just not the 9.1 LBS the scale told me I had lost yesterday. It was running out of battery and giving false readings. I'm so bummed even tho I am happy I did have a 2.3 loss. So disappointing.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
I'm stuck again. No worries, I have been here before. I'm just going to keep going and I will get unstuck eventually. I have been really good about sticking to my calorie goals every day, and that always works. I saw 209 numbers during my colon screening week, and again the last 2 days I have been 209.9, so I am close to being firmly on the last mile on the road to ONEderland. Eyes on the prize.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

If you did not lose and checked in, good for you and remember this is not about perfection. If we were perfect we would not be here. Consistency is the key. I am not sure I will have a loss this week. But I did manage to get back on track so I may have a maintain. I will see tomorrow when I weigh in at WW.
