            Not sure if I'll get down to 145 by the end of October but we'll see! I had a lot of salty foods this weekend but plan to eat clean for the rest of the week!

            Hello, Thanks for challenge @SamanthaLouiseMence!! It has been a while since I have did one of these type of challenges.  I did not know this forum existed until about 2 months ago.  In the olden days of MFP these were done all the time, I even ran a few of them but when the forums changed and they added groups I did not know they had set this up for these types of challenges vs the formal groups.  So here I am, going to try this out and try to stick with it to year end at least. My weigh in day is Monday.

 depends on where you are doing it at. for me it is easier to do message boards on laptop, so I will copy format to a word doc and update from word doc each week and then paste with updated information to the challenge thread.
