I would like to know if it works also. I think I tried the pills way back when and don't remember noticing any major differences however I believe the formula may have changed. If the drink packet is more successful, I wouldn't mind trying that. Hopefully we see a good response from others!

You are rocking that dress!

Too cute!!! How many did you get? How is Abby doing with them?

I like a Yoplait Yogurt in the morning and a fruit in the afternoon. Keeps me away from the chips and chocolate most of the time!!

I know the feeling. I will admit though that once you start cutting back on some of those sweets, the cravings will begin to subside a bit. Try the low fat/lower sugar options also as substitutes as you adjust.

Congratulations! You look great! Looks like some really hard work paid off!

Special K Vanilla Almond! I love it and have it every day during the week. Then on the weekends I try to have eggs or something more home cooked.

I think MIchaels and Hobby Lobby stores don't allow you to purchase online. I LOVE those stores but you have to physically go in to buy something. You might consider calling the store to see if they have the item you want, and then perhaps one of your mfps can set up a way to send it to you... Good luck.

This is absolutely AMAZING. Great job and good for you for sticking to it. Best wishes as you inch closer to the finish line.

Love that quote. But yes, you need to re-commit. You are only hurting yourself. Just wake yourself back up and start on a new foot before you fall so far back you can't get yourself up. Come on now, you have a strong support group around you, make use of it.

Wow good job!! Maybe I should set myself a goal like a dash or 5k or something. Way to go, that is a HUGE accomplishment, you should be very proud of yourself. (But maybe stop calling yourself fat girl...you are MUCH more than that.)

GREAT thread. Very helpful question and great responses, thank you. Now I have to go add a Skinny Cow 100 cal Truffle ice cream bar to my diary.

Small, but I managed to keep up with a short run with a friend on a game trying to reach somewhere. A few weeks ago, I wouldn't have kept up her pace probably with a walk! Way to go ladies, hope we can all keep up the work and can post a success story 365 days from now that helps inspire other newbies!

Thanks for sharing. You look great! I would assume a lot of us on here have struggled with weight issues for quite a while. Seeing you move past that to accepting yourself and your individual beauty is great. Thanks again.

Way to go! I tried 30 Day Shred and couldn't commit. Maybe I can try it again now that I have committed to watching my calories. Keep up the good work.

Haha. I was thinking the same thing this morning!!!

I had a co-worker mention this to me just the other day. He is pretty healthy and used this method when he was doing some sports training or something. My thought is that although we are trying for a lifestyle change, I don't anticipate cutting those awful (yet delicious) foods out entirely. It is unrealistic to believe…

Love it. Some people just don't have anything better to do than try and make others feel bad because it somehow makes them feel good. You can't control what THOSE type of people say and do but you can control your reaction and response. Just know that their opinions don't actually matter.

Hi There, I'm fairly new too. (2 weeks). Looking to help support and be supported. We can do this folks!!

I am new here and ready to help encourage you! I might suggest that you could be starting and stopping because you have set yourself up for a work out you aren't ready for. Maybe you should start off with something slightly less intense that you can get yourself to commit to. Best of luck! Feel free to add me, I need as…
