    I am a fan of the Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Jello Pudding cups. Yummy and only 90 calories I think. Either 90 or 60.

    Might be easier to run dessert portion control rather than trying to "replace" it. Also, you do need to indulge once in a while or you'll begin to hate your diet and/or the cravings will cause you to fail.

    Greek Yogurt with Fruit
    Any non-fat Yogurt really
    Frozen kefir
    Arctic Zero (low calorie ice cream made from whey, available at Whole Foods)
    Sorbet

    Another great option is to find healthy dessert recipes, which you can then strip even more sugar out of if you wish, or do things like replace butter with avocado in baking. Pinterest is a great place to find that kind of thing.
