Day 14. I did level 3 for the first time. Found it really hard and took lots of breaks.
-
I find the plank moves very difficult as well.
-
Completed day 13. I am still doing level 1 as level 2 is sticking in my dvd. I will do level 3 starting from day 15.

L1 D4 Completed!. I was feeling very tired but I still made it. feel great now.

I know exactly what you mean. But there is something that worked for me. Breakup your goal to short term goals or even daily goals. every day think of what you need to achieve today for example, "I will eat healthy today and exercise for atleast 30 minutes". Make sure you log all your calories and exercise everyday. So,…

L1D2 Completed. Today will be L1D3.

Survived L1D1! I have done it before but never for 30 days non stop. This time I intend to do it for 30 days and see what happens. L1D2 today. Good luck to everyone.

Sounds great! has anyone lost any pounds on Zumba? I might buy it to add variety to my workout.

I have been working out in the evenings. I tried exercising in the morning, but I find that I feel really tired during the day if I dont get that half hour sleep in the morning. so I work out in the evening when I get home from work, and then shower dinner, and sleep. It actually gives me a good sleep, and I think it is a…

I have been doing it for a few weeks now. definitely one of the best workouts I have done. Initially, I was quite sore, however, if you keep doing it, you will definitely see results in your weight, measurements, body tone and over all endurance level. Good luck.
-
Finally did Level 2 last night. Loved it.

I think, you should go for long walks to start with, and some strength training. As you keep losing pounds, you will find that your body's endurance level will improve significantly. Also, warmup is very important to prevent any injury during workouts.

Yep, I agree, one binge triggers another, especially sweet. I have found that if I have bad food in the fridge/cupboard, I am tempted to eat them. So try and stack up your cupboard with only healthy stuff. And yes, I have had nights when I might have eaten a few thousand calories. For me it happens in a social gathering.…

Yeah same here. I dont see myself doing level 3 ever. I have not worked out for 5 days now, and have been eating badly too, as I was down with cold and flu, and feel really bad about it. Anyways, hoping to start again today.

I agree. It is an awsome workout! Today is my day8 but I might do level 1 for 10 days. and then move to level 2. I find the walking pushups really hard, and the last one offcourse. I am too wore out to do it too. But I am confident, we will get there soon :-)

Completed day 7, did Level 2 last night. however, I had to take 5 sec break between some exercises. It is really a killer. Think I will go back to level 1 for a few more days.
-
Finished day 6 and getting ready for day 7 today. Might try Level 2.

To messyhare, Wow! That is awsome. Well done and keep it up! That gives me some motivation to continue with the shred. Although I havent seen any weight loss yet. I am in day 5 now.
-
Its day 5 for me today. Has anyone lost any pounds on 30 DS? I am definitely feeling more toned and not sore anymore.
-
I am 50 miles by 31st Oct. Count me in.

I would love to join the 30 day shred. Where do you get the DVD from? online or somewhere else? . I am in AUS. Also, this is my first challenge.

Hi, I am new to this site. This is my third day. As of now I have stuck to the diet and exercise plan. I think it is an excellent site. I particularly like the food database. It includes most of the food items. Currently I weigh 73 kilos. My goal weight is 62 kilos
