If I am fairly hungry and eat fruit, it doesn't take the hunger away, just makes me cranky and hungry. I try to eat fruit after meals or with other snacks. I eat it because it has vitamins and tastes nice, not because it quells my hunger. Bananas are the exception.

lol, that was brilliant. Maybe I shouldn't be showing father all my purchases! Is this a guy thing? My Father is completely content with wearing clothes that are 20 years old. He doesn't see any difference between his "good" clothes and work clothes. He owns shoes for a millenia.

A number from a chart is not necessarily your ideal weight. How do feel? Your loss so to date is amazing. Do you fit into the clothes you want? Are you happy with your body. Do you want to get stronger or fitter? Maybe you could eat at maintainence for awhile. or eat most of your exercise calories back and change to a 1/2…

I have a hard time making friends and a harder time keeping them. I have a krazy brain, few social skills and little in common with most people. I get lonely, sure. But I just can't handle being around, but a few people. I am hoping to gain more confidence with my body fat loss, hopefully that will diguise the krazy a bit

Yeah I read all the fat threads. But I still see advice of eat lean meat, then add good fats, with some of the suggestions being animal fat. I don't think I have ever seen advice on what to eat to include fat with your meat.

oooooh. It's hard to find grassfed. I am raising some calves myself. I refuse to sell them to the feed-lot. They'll be grass fed, but they won't be ready for a few years.

It's something I've been curious about. Now we all know that fat is not the enemy, why get rid of all traces of it on the meat? It tastes nice.

It's probably a lie, but there is still no benefit in eating very low calories when you can eat more. Why torture yourself?

Is there any issues? You don't seem to be eating much or enough protein.
