EGGS all the way! Yolks and all.

We don't really have 'egg beaters' in Australia but it seems very strange to me!

I usually have 1 large egg, 1 beater scrambled I guess to keep down the calories, if I go beyond like 6 eggs in a week.

Usually 1 egg with as much stuff as I can add to it and still hold them together: peppers, onions, leftover chicken, asparagus, whatever.

depends what your making and how you like your eggs lol reg eggs of course are more calories egg whites in a carton are good for making scrambled fried(w/or w/o oil). egg beaters egg whites fluff up more and a little goes a long way. unlike the other it has some kinda flavor(from the vitamins and minerals)

If I have a whole egg it is an omega egg. If I want more protean with it, I'll mix in a regular egg white.

Eggs, the texture is as important as the nutrition.

The only time for egg beaters is when camping and carry eggs is inconvenient.

Whites. Someone made me soft yolk eggs once and it was so gross that I can't think of the yolk now without feeling sick.

If I don't want to feel wasteful for tossing the yolks or pay more for whites in a carton, tofu is a good substitute.

    I HATE egg beaters.

I typically will have one whole egg and 2-3 egg whites depending on how hungry I am. I only use local farm eggs that have so much more flavor too.

Whole eggs fresh from the farm. We get them each week as part of our CSA.

Whole free range eggs are an incredible source of healthy omega 3 fats and many other minerals and proteins. Just don't believe the store "cageless" brands. I look on my local Craigslist for free range eggs (under farm and garden) and then I go to the site and see if the chickens are running free. The eggs I buy eat so many weed seeds and bugs that they don't even want to eat grain! The yolks are bright orange, and they taste amazing! You can eat up to 3 eggs a day with no bad effects.

Whole eggs, both duck and chicken. To me, the yolk is the filling part.
I have them as a snack, and only have 1 a day usually anyway.

eggs all the way. I tried egg beaters and I liked them for probably about 2 weeks then they started getting to me. Egg whites just disgust me. Gotta have that yolk.

Egg Whites and Egg Beaters are the same. Its ok to eat regular eggs too. Protein. Its what you eat with them that is the problem, lol.

Egg Beaters of course - why would you not? All the health benefits and taste of eggs without all the cholesterol and calories - they are a freakin' godsend! They are made from real egg whites anyway!

I've never heard of egg beaters. Except for beaters you use to beat eggs. I eat eggs

1 real egg with 1 or 2 egg beaters makes a great omelette. . . hard to tell the difference too. I don't always have egg beaters around, so sometimes I will give the dogs one of the yolks. Wish I could have them both though. The calories and cholesterol add up fast with the yolks.

I saw them in Woolies the other day and had a look ... this was on the way to getting my usual 24 eggs for the week. :)

Eggs, whole for me. Love 'em.

I LOVE eggs! I eat all 3 depending on what I'm in the mood for or what I'm making. I buy the egg whites in a carton, just because it's quick and easy when I want just whites. I also buy egg substitutes (Egg Beaters or generic brands). Sometimes I will mix 1 whole egg with the carton egg whites.
