In my diary I track Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium, and Sugar. I'm thinking about taking the Sugar off and replacing it with something else because of the debate I've seen about bad sugars and sugars from fruits.

I was just curious to see what everyone else tracks and why they track it.

 Thank you.

I track calories only. Because I eat plenty of protein, veges, fruit and good fats and am not concerned with anything else at the moment,
  • I track protein to make sure I get enough since I am focusing on eating more vegetables and working out a lot, fiber - trying for 30g a day from real food, and calories to help reality checks on weight.

I track protein, carbs, and fat to try and make sure I'm keeping them close to the ratio I feel best at, fiber and calcium to make sure I'm getting enough.
