we plan on doing water and watered down fruit juice. Its recommended to stay away from nut products at an early age as young children cannot communicate clearly that something doesn't 'feel right' if they are having a reaction.

Today (Monday) for me is the second day after the event and i was back on the health horse yesterday (Sunday). All's good and I feel renewed.

totally possible to lose 15lb in 5 weeks, I'm a perfect example, i lost 22lb (10kg) in the last 5 weeks (3 weeks on MFP)

Heat / hot fluids react with the protein in. Best to get an unflavored protein powder and use either add this to cold coffee or add instant coffee to the protein mix.

Get a blendtec, check out their vids on you tube, search will it blend, if it can handle the stuff they throw at it'll handle frozen fruit

I eat anywhere between 1200 - 1500 cals a day. I do try and stay closer to 1200, though in saying that if i feel hungry (and it's not thirsty hungry) I'll eat or snack healthy. Also contrary to what most people will say I do not eat back by exercise calories.
