Ive got to agree with this. Not everyones bodies uses there calories in the same way. Ive had periods where ive eaten perfectly and it does not come off me.Some people can eat 1500 of crap and lose weight, while others cant do the same. some people can eat 2500 or 3000 or foods and not gain. I do it almost every day, but without thinking about it, I just don't have breakfast and eat when I get hungry which is usually after 12 at some point.

I weigh out each item, right it down then all it all up, carbs, fat. sugar etc, then divide it by how many portions you get from it, easy.:ohwell: :laugh:

Does this all make you think about the cals that can be in your food?:smile: :smile: :smile: . I think its a good lesson to learn. Its better to know than be oblivious to the foods your eating. At least if you want a treat you can have it and know that one time is not going to be as bad as before.

Eating too low carbs will harm your body eventually, your body needs carbs to function properly. forget about keeping them low and just eat the good carbs from fruits and veg.
