Im wondering if their of many of you out their that find it hard to shift those llbs when you hit 40 or after.:wink: This seems to be happening with me, before it seemed more easy and now its like its jumped to very hard?

why oh why.
Im just thinking about this alot, but why dont manufacturers take out the sugar from cereals, why not just add sweetners instead , tastes fine to me and why can we not buy low carb in the uk, this is mega annoying, You can get free from, oh yes free from wheat and gluten but not from sugar or carbs.

Ive been working out most days of the week but Im wondering if i should change it to every other day, Am I doing it too much. Im doing the 30 day shred at the mo and after yesterday my arms and shoulders are aching alot. Should i keep in if i can manage it or rest.?

Why does everyone go on and on about sugar, dont you know that when you exercise your muscles use sugar to fuel the exercise.Yes if your eating loads of refined, but for gods sake if its natural, you shoudlnt be avoiding it.

Now I love both i these and im not going to give it up, But which one is really better to eat. Excercising your waist down.
This is what I want to do, I want to get it down more, but what exercises would be best to do to acheive this. Im going to start going back to the gym and just do my home stuff but any advice would be great.

Does it really help ot eat more, ive lost over 8llbs with ww but it seems to be adding now, not happy at all, im eating fresh meat and fish with veg,/salad each day, the only thing thats a treat really is a banana and nutella sanwich, all my foods are weighted out.
