Ive been working out most days of the week but Im wondering if i should change it to every other day, Am I doing it too much. Im doing the 30 day shred at the mo and after yesterday my arms and shoulders are aching alot. Should i keep in if i can manage it or rest.?

    One or two rest days a week are definitely a good idea. With the 30DS, I saw a video somewhere of Jillian Michaels being interviewed and she said that it wasn't designed to be done for 30 days consecutively - she recommended rest days in between (I can't remember if she was saying do it every other day, or just get lots of rest days). If your muscles are aching a lot, giving them time to repair themselves would be a good idea.

    Ive just done a 6 mile walk in ahour instead of doing the shred, now I have aching legs lol.
