I drink Diet Snapple. It's a lot of water with your caffeine, so that's how I justify it :)

I'm going to try to eliminate all processed foods from my intake starting Monday. I lost weight rapidly when I was eating fresh, whole foods. I love the Green Giants Steamer veggie bags. Trying to stay away from canned foods mostly, and diary (except egg whites). It worked like a charm last time! Good luck! oxox

Try Strattera - I had a horrific year last year and was prescribed it for anxiety. It's stimulant-free, but helps me focus and relax :) It's for adult ADD, but it's been very helpful for me to stay driven at work and not focus on the stress-inducing, negative things going on around me.

I eat sour cream on things! Cheese, nuts, and most non skim dairy products will up your fat. Also, try eating beef - higher fat than chicken :)

I don't know if you pack lunch or buy lunch, but I run down to Chipotle (or Qdoba) and grab a burrito bol, no rice, pinto beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. 20 net carbs. Tastes awesome!

Thank you! Believe it or not, I have not worked out once since I started this journey (actually getting a gym membership on Monday, yay!). I've been keeping my calories between 1200-1300 per day, higher protein and low sodium. Portion control and logging as religiously as possible!

Unless you're like me and have very low chloirde...which means sodium affects me greatly. Sadface. I love pizza.

The only way I lose weight is if I keep my sodium under 2000mg. It's difficult if you're eating processed foods but can be done by limiting your processed foods and adding in fresh, not treated foods. It's annoying and I wish that I didn't have to watch my sodium, but I drop weight quickly if I do!
